-You are always free to choose whatever thoughts you want.
-Most people let their feelings dictate their thoughts.
-Even if you are processing some uncomfortable negative emotion, you are always free to think a positive thought.
-It is appropriate to say that when a lot of negative emotions is coming up, "I am clearing this negative energy. It is no longer serving me to experience this in my life."

-As those positive thoughts are fed to your being, you become powerful magnet to attract more wellness and prosperity.
-Write reminders that say "NOTICE YOUR THOUGHTS," and place them in key places that you will see them during the day.
